Typical lead times for stock items are 3-5 days for the shipment to leave our facility. Special orders will be quoted separately.
We use PayPal so you can either charge or have it deducted from your bank account. At all shows and special events we accept credit cards and cash.
We charge sales tax on all orders. If you are a retailer and wish to purchase for resale, you must apply for a wholesale account with us, and supply a copy of your CA Sellers Permit.
Your satisfaction is what we strive for. But, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, then we will gladly take it back. Simply call or email us, then return it to us within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the product or refund your money. Your refund (minus the shipping) will be credited back to your credit card or bank account.
If you are returning a product for any reason, you must notify us first and obtain a return authorization number, so you will receive a proper replacement or credit.
We do not share your information with anyone, period. Credit card and bank account information is exchanged through PayPal, not us. The only information we maintain is your order history so that we may better serve you.
